As soon as your requirements have been identified the services we offer allow us to provide you with a complete, managed turn key solution or through consultation explain the options available to and create a system proposal including recommended equipment, its supply as well as its installation.
Scope
Our project procedure involves an initial meeting with our customer to determine the scope of the project. This includes identifying the customers immediate and future requirements, the system availability and service levels needed to meet the requirements The initial meeting is followed with site visits to verify coverage area topologies, and equipment locations. Wi-Fi-Net Ltd realise that every solution can be different and as a result will not try to provide a solution that does not meet your requirements.
Design
Using the data recorded during the initial meeting and the following site visits the Wi-Fi-Net engineers are in a position to design and plan the solution that will meet your needs. The designed solution will be included in a proposition document created to explain the deliverable functionality, the system elements required, installation timetables, support, training and costings.
Install
Depending on your requirements Wi-Fi-Net Ltd will install the proposed solution and verify the full functionality for system acceptance and handover; or Wi-Fi-Net will assist your own installers if required, or just provide the system elements pre-configured and labelled ready for installation.
Manage
Wi-Fi-Net Ltd can also provide a fully managed ‘turnkey’ solution which includes provision of traffic, fault, and service logs, remote maintenance, and fault notification. The service also includes automatic software upgrades and updates, projected usage patterns and bandwidth increase.
Supply
We can supply the system components as specified in the proposal and, where possible, include existing equipments and infrastructure. All the system elements used in Wi-Fi-Net systems are non-proprietary, standards based elements which preserve the longevity of the system.
